Via uw persoonlijke GU-account, wordt u de mogelijkheid geboden Online reserveringen te boeken. Hiermee kunt u uw klanten alle toeristische diensten, die het systeem omvat, aanbieden!
Boot- en vliegtickets, cruises, excursies, enz.

Selecteer de dienst die uw klant wenst en volg de stappen in het programma door de benodigde informatie in te voeren, totdat u de gewenste informatie heeft gevonden (data, tijden, vertrektijden, prijzen, enz.).

In het geval dat u een boeking definitief wilt maken en niet alleen informatief wilt gebruiken, dan biedt het systeem de mogelijkheid om de boeking uit te printen in de vorm van een reserveringsvoucher die de boeking bevestigt. Deze voucher bevat alle noodzakelijke informatie van de reservering (codes, klantendetails, data, betalingsbevestiging, enz.). De voucher kan tevens, in de gewenste taal, naar de persoonlijke e-mail van de klant worden gestuurd.

Om een boeking te kunnen voltooien via het In-House Reserveringssysteem, dient een partner – affiliate – reeds zijn creditcardgegevens met welke hij zijn betalingen doet, te hebben geregistreerd in zijn persoonlijke account. Het innen van de excursiegelden (contant, credit card, afbetaling) van de klant is uitsluitend een aangelegenheid van de affiliate.

De partner kan kiezen uit hulpmiddelen (tools), zoals zoekformulieren, banners, deeplinks in iedere gewenste taal die beschikbaar is. Nadat een keuze is gemaakt, voegt hij eenvoudigweg de HTML-code, zoals die automatisch wordt gegenereerd door de website, toe aan zijn eigen website. Telkens wanneer een bezoeker van zijn website een reservering maakt, wordt de commissie automatisch gestort op de rekening van de betreffende partner.

AFFILIATE PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

The proposed partnership defines the terms and conditions between the company Greekferries Club (ECOWORLD SA) – 33 Kounavon Street, 71304 Heraklion, Crete (“Company”) and each partner, (“Affiliate”) as registered through the online registration form.

History – Purpose

(Α) The “Company” offers and manages websites related to tourism, ferry travel, flights, cruises as well as reservation and tickets systems.

(Β) The “Company” possesses a software system that allows the “Affiliate” to make ONLINE reservations and issue tickets for the entire range of services the Company provides. The program can be handled from any location with internet access.

(C) The “Affiliate” agrees to use the software provided for FREE, without operation or subscription fees, following the rules for reservation and ticketing set by the “Company”, in return for a commission on sales.

(D) The “Affiliate” is aware that the electronic submission of the application form constitutes acceptance of this Agreement and that the information given is correct and that the written request is considered as an affirmation of Law 105.

La Sociedad y el Afiliado de acuerdo en que:

1. Obligations of the Affiliate

1.1 The Affiliate understands and agrees that this Partnership with the Company is not exclusive. The Company reserves the right to enter into a partnership with one or more Affiliates in the same geographic area.

1.2 The Affiliate agrees not to take, or omit to take, any action that may affect the relationship between the Company and its Providers (Ferry Companies, Airlines, Cruise companies, service providers, ticketing system providers, hoteliers etc) and will promptly correct any errors, misleading information or omissions in their website.

1.3 The Affiliate will not assess nor export information (including customer comments) from any part of the Website (screen scraping) or from the websites of the Booking Providers. The Affiliate will not make any static copy of the content or any part of the Website or from the websites of the Booking Providers for their own server.

1.4 The Affiliate will not make reservations through the website from the links provided by the Company or from the websites of the Booking Providers to use for resale or for the benefit of third parties. The Affiliate agrees and acknowledges that the restrictive covenants,
commitments, obligations and restrictions set forth in this Section 1 are significant and must be respected adequately and meticulously by the Affiliate and the companies within the Affiliate Group.

1.5 The Affiliate will not (directly or indirectly) register, use, buy an Internet domain name that is identical or substantially similar with the domain name of the Company and its trademarks including any variations, translations or misspellings (ensuring that the same applies for the companies within the Affiliate Group). During the term of this Agreement (and continuing in relation to trademarks and Company data) the Affiliate shall immediately comply with any request made by the Company in accordance with this Section 1.

1.6 The website of the Affiliate shall not (directly or indirectly) be connected to the Website or the Booking Providers’ websites, by Double Serving or any similar technique or method or other restrictions as defined by the Spamming Regulations. The Affiliate will not (directly or indirectly) make the content of the Affiliate Website available nor show the content in Third Party Platforms with the intention or purpose to deceive, mislead or trick editors, search engine crawler programs (spiders), web detectors (web-crawlers), the meta search engines (including any similar tools or engines) of the Third Party Platforms in order to give the Affiliate website a higher ranking or display when not otherwise displayed or ranked higher, if not having used Cloaking or any similar technique or method.

1.7 The Affiliate agrees and acknowledges that any pending compliance or implementation of reasonable requests made by the Company or in the event that the Affiliate does not immediately accept the demands of the Company, the Company has the right to postpone its obligations under this Agreement or immediately end this Agreement.

1.8 The Affiliate commits to ensure that their website does not contain or have direct or indirect links with websites which:

• have violent, racist, extremist or defamatory content
• provide content of pornographic, erotic, religious or political nature or
• can be harmful to the Company or its customers, to the image or reputation of the Booking Providers in any way.

2. Obligations of “Company”

2.1 Through the Control Panel, the Company provides the Affiliate with promotion tools for the Affiliate’s website/s allowing the Affiliate to create qualifying leads. The Affiliate may, with the consent of the Company, make visual changes to the promotional content

2.2 Through the Control Panel the Company provides the Affiliate the technical support needed to achieve the purpose and targets set by the Affiliate

2.3 The Company provides the Affiliate with the necessary tools through the Control Panel in order to obtain the information needed to audit and monitor the course of the Affiliate’s sales.

2.4 The Company provides the Affiliate with advice, notifications and statistics through the Control Panel, which will help the Affiliate efficiently organize and promote their website/s.

3. Terms, Reports and Payments

3.1 The commission the Affiliate is due, is calculated on the net fare of the ticket, excluding state deductions and taxes, fuel surcharges, banks expenses etc.

3.2 Commission is paid out on a monthly basis. Company shall pay all Payable Commissions of a month, between the 25th and the 30th day of the following month, eg the commission that the Affiliate is entitled to for the month of February, will be paid between the 25th and the 30th of March.

3.3 In order for commission to be paid, the threshold of 200€ must be achieved.

3.4 The Company will make payments based on the payment method selected by the Affiliate in the Control Panel. The Company is not responsible for any bank expenses charged by the financial institution of the Affiliate.

3.5 The payment of commissions is done via bank transfer and the following applies. The bank expenses are covered by the Company. The Affiliate receives the net amount of the commission unless their bank charges any costs to their account.

3.6 The Affiliate is responsible for the taxes that derive from the earnings. The Company does not pay additional compensation for taxes to the Affiliate. If it is required by law to withhold any amount of tax from the Affiliate’s commission, the Company will:

• withhold tax from the respective payment and
• will pay that sum to the respective authorities in accordance with the applicable laws.
